They'll learn to use it in their mission to save their parents and their village from the hands of the evil Berman Empire. However, their peace is interrupted by the invasion of the Berman Empire, who have taken over Gasco and their inhabitants to use them as a forced workforce in the multiple factories that they need to keep their army going.ĭesperate and terrified by this situation, the group of children run and hide in a nearby cave where they find the Taranis, a giant tank that serves as their refuge to Malt and his friends. ![]() Eventually, it’s going to need to load something new into its cannon if it wants to get its dazzle back.Set in a fantasy world inhabited by two anthropomorphic races known as Canines and the Felineko, we are placed in the role of a group of children that enjoy their peaceful and calm lives in the pacific town of Petit Mona, located in the lands of Gasco. It’s great, but we’ve already seen its greatness. A cohesive series of games is fine, but I prefer to see things evolve, expand, and reach for perfection as CyberConnect2 soldiers on. I’m definitely on board with that, but I also kind of wish the series was doing more to earn that. Yoann Gueritot, one of the directors who has now moved on to Platinum Games, has stated that Fuga is planned as a trilogy. However, if you didn’t enjoy the first title, then there’s no hope for you here. If you wanted more Fuga – and who could blame you? – then that’s what you’re getting here. While it remixes a lot of things to give you a fresh experience, nothing has been overhauled or upgraded to give you something new. That’s the most important thing to keep in mind: Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 is a continuation of the first game. ![]()
